Build on Your Lot

    Your consultant will begin with a site evaluation to determine the best placement and orientation of your home. Once you purchase your home site in the Lake Amistad area, we will help you decide on the plan that best fits your needs. Our Build on Your Lot process begins with an initial appointment with a personal consultant who will walk you through every step of your home’s construction. Next we will review site topography and identify the area to be cleared. A Design Coordinator will assist in your design selection process.
    Once construction on your new home begins, our staff will keep you up to date during the building process. You will have meetings at your home with our construction team who will give you updates during key points throughout the project.
